The Charitable Foundation supports Entrepreneurs

Global Entrepreneurship Week - 2012

The Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation has provided funding for a number of The Prince's Charities that focus on opportunity and enterprise to host and participate in this year's Global Enterpreneurship Week (GEW) in the UK. This collaborative grant is to support The Prince’s Charities to deliver our shared commitment to transforming lives and building sustainable communities.

The Global Entrepreneurship Week campaign, which began life as Enterprise Week in the UK, has grown over the years into a global event which in 2011 reached more than 120 countries and engaged more than seven million people. 

The Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation has provided funding for a number of The Prince's Charities to host and participate in this year's Global Entrepreneurship Week campaign in the UK.  This collaborative grant is to support The Prince’s Charities to deliver our shared commitment to transforming lives and building sustainable communities.

This year's event is hosted by The Prince's Youth Business International and supported by Business in the Community, The Prince's Trust and The Prince's Inititaive for Mature Enterprise (PRIME).

GEW UK was launched on November 12th and aims to encourage more people to set up new businesses and help new entrepreneurs.
